Supla is a great example of Turkish-American fusion food. The owners are a cute young couple who studied English in the US during high school/college in Boston and Los Angeles. He is a “hobby chef” who has done a lot of traveling and food tasting, and she is an interior designer, so they’ve really nailed the food and atmosphere. We go primarily for the Craft Burger, which is easily the best burger in town, and according to many American visiting Antalya the best burger ever. They also serve wonderful homemade mantı (Turkish ravioli with a yogurt/garlic sauce);FRIED mantı, which is amazing; a wonderful salad with avocado, romaine, ball shaped mozzerella, basil, and balsamic glaze; chicken schnitzel and mashed potatoes; and çökertme, marinated beef strips served over shoestring potatoes and garlic yogurt, topped with mushroom sauce. They also have THE best breakfast in town. Everything is homemade, and you can truly taste it in every bite. They have limited seating indoors, but the outdoor patio is really nice, and they have air conditioners outside for warm nights and heaters and blankets for cool nights. They also have ICE to serve with your drinks.
